This system offers protection for the brain (mind) and internal organs, as well as supporting the human body by ensuring that it maintains an upright posture. Regular exercise also ensures the well-being of human mental health. The human brain needs mental health to keep running efficiently. This ensures that the emotional and physical needs of a person’s body meet, and hence makes an individual to live a healthy life.
